Brass-body globe valve that deflects fluid flow 90° to the vertical axis for precise throttling and proportional control. Designed for high sealing reliability.
Globe valves are favored for throttling and proportional control rather than simple on/off duty. The vertical disc-seat geometry inside the brass body provides soft closing and fine flow adjustment. The bonnet can be removed for in-service access to the internal mechanism.
Common in industrial heating loops, by-pass circuits and balancing applications. Chrome-plated stem and PTFE sealing rings keep operation leak-free.
